Puja Dave Patel is a double board certified Nurse Practitioner in Dermatology and Family Medicine.  She graduated from Loyola University Chicago in 2011 and is the founder of Essex Skin Medical Aesthetics. She has worked in a wide variety of specialties ranging from urgent care, cardiology to dermatology before finding her true passion in aesthetic medicine.

Her mission is to empower women and men through her conservative aesthetic approach to enhance one's natural beauty and leave clients feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Through her craft, she emphasizes ones unique features to make them feel more beautiful.

Puja is a Chicago native who in her off time enjoys cooking, reading, traveling and spending time with her family. Her contagious personality allows her to build long-lasting relationships with her patients.
